3.2 You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys, including the following obligations:

• do not disclose API keys to third parties;
• do not transfer your account for unlawful use;
• you are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

3.3 If you notice unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

You agree not to use the platform for the following activities:

4.1 Illegal or prohibited purposes

• violating applicable laws or regulations;
• fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling, or similar activities.

4.2 Abuse of AI capabilities

• creating illegal, hateful, violent, or sexual content;
• creating disinformation intended to mislead people;
• automated attacks, spam, or mass distribution of unwanted content.

4.3 Technical abuse

• circumventing limits, payments, or security mechanisms;
• reverse engineering, scraping, or attacking the platform;
• exploiting vulnerabilities for gain.

If these rules are violated, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the service.

5.1 The service may operate on a prepaid model or a pay-as-you-go model.

5.2 You pay for API requests, model inference, and other features you use.

5.3 Unless otherwise stated:

• paid services are non-refundable after use;
• prices may change depending on model costs and market conditions.

5.4 Costs caused by compromise of an API key or account are borne by the user.

6.1 BetterToken AI capabilities may be provided with the participation of third-party model providers.

6.2 We are not responsible for the following aspects of third-party models:

• accuracy of outputs;
• compliance of generated content with requirements;
• stability of external providers.

6.3 You understand that AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable content.

7.1 We may collect the following data:

• API call records;
• usage logs;
• account data.

7.2 This data is used to:

• improve the service;
• calculate costs and manage risk;
• comply with legal requirements.

7.3 We do not sell user data unless required by law or authorized by the user.

8.1 Code, interfaces, design, and other platform elements belong to BetterToken or are used lawfully.

8.2 You retain rights to data you submit and are responsible for its legality.

8.3 Use of AI outputs is permitted by the user subject to applicable law.

9.1 We do not guarantee that the service will always:

• operate without interruptions;
• be error-free;
• produce fully accurate results.

9.2 We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• third-party service failures;
• network problems;
• force majeure events.

9.3 AI responses are provided for reference only and are not:

• legal advice;
• medical advice;
• investment advice.

We may suspend or terminate access in the following cases:

• the user violates these terms;
• there is a security risk;
• the account has been inactive for a long time.

After access is terminated, account data may be deleted without recovery.

11.1 We may update these terms.

11.2 By continuing to use the service after an update, you accept the new version.
