- a pseudonymous internal identifier may be used to find recordings for an authenticated user;
- sensitive areas, including API keys, prompts, responses, account details, payment information, and user images, must be protected by masking.
Clarity is activated according to the analytics-consent signal configured for the site. If a consent control is displayed, you can refuse or withdraw through it; you can also delete or block analytics cookies, including _clck and _clsk, in your browser settings. Withdrawal applies to subsequent processing and does not automatically delete recordings created earlier.
