Reward rules
Who is eligible for rewards?
Both parties must meet the reward eligibility rules for regular users. Self-referrals and ineligible accounts do not earn rewards. Unusual referrals may require review.
What amount are rewards based on?
Rewards are based on the actual paid top-up amount, excluding bonus quota. Other currencies are converted using configured platform rates. All rewards are settled in USD.
How do first and repeat top-ups differ?
The first top-up is the friend’s first successful payment across all currencies. First top-up reward: 10%. Eligible repeat top-ups: 10%.
Are there reward caps?
Per-payment reward cap: $1,000.00. Monthly reward cap: $10,000.00. The per-payment cap is not a lifetime cap per friend.
Why have my rewards not arrived?
Eligible payments earn rewards under the rules. Some records require review. Sign in to see their status and any available reason in reward records.
What happens if a friend gets a refund?
The related reward is clawed back. If the reward balance is insufficient, a debt remains and future rewards offset it first.
